I have an agent busting hump for me doing BPOs, and we have landed 3 REO listing in the last couple of months for his efforts.Still not sure if it is worth all the time/work that went into it, as I feel those resources are better served finding buyers and geting listings, but only time will tell.

@Christopher Leon  yes I am doing both,  encrypt files that contain personal data, and also save them on a portable USB drive that I plug into my computer only when I need to access them.

We were able to increase our portfolio to 17 properties in 2017 but that was a result of us being very active in buying properties under market value using the BRRRR Method and then adding lease option to them creating what I call the BRRRLO Model.
