Hey how you doing I’am currently looking at a 4 plex for sale in my area but I don’t know if these units are below market value or not so I can cause force appreciation once I purchased the units, I watched a few YouTube videos and they always say “call all the properties similar to yours in your area that have the similar amount of rooms and bathrooms and see the price of the unit and base it off of that” which is a great technique but I was just reaching out to you all lovey!

Techniques like this and car magnets have never really gone out of style....because it works.

People use letters, road signs, car signs and many money spending marketing techniques to generate a piece of business.

(property was built in 1890)Also in the agreement I wrote, if they did not apply this "trickle" technique, the potential repair responsibility$$ would fall on them after acknowledging and signing the agreement.
