Every Friday, I go and pull out the schedule, check the work that was supposed to be done and pay accordingly.  

So I text the brother on Friday morning and I say, " I want to proceed with purchasing the home.

My lender sent me a disclosure this afternoon (Friday) saying they need it signed and returned before midnight today to be able to close on time.  

I found the property was posted Friday and made the offer right away and with an expiration today (Monday).

Since returning to rental property in the end of 2013 we've acquired 18 units as of today (1-4plex, 6 doubles, 2 singles) and have 2 singles pending to close, 1 this Friday (YEAH!) 

So this is a first for me, I was scheduled to close on a bank owned property this Friday, May 20.

We closed on it last Friday and hope to make our first offers on some investment properties soon.

I love being this busy but I will make some time for a nice surf on Friday or Saturday we're supposed to get some breezy offshore winds that will make for some nice longboard waves.

I bought a two bed one bath each side in Bremerton at the auction Friday for 145.
