At the risk of sounding like a grumpy old guy, my pet peeve is all the newbie posts who just say Hi and don't really ask anything of substance.  

I found Rich Dad's stuff inspirational but lacking in actual substance.

If they got their license to be and serve other investors, then you probably have a relationship of professional substance.

This is an eyeball-grabbing piece of fluff by Newsweek with little real substance.  

Substance rules over form no matter what your contract says.

They are strategically placed around the property and they contain a substance that attracts the termites thus, causing them to leave your property alone.

All I truly want out of life is to say i reached my goals without ever giving up. money means nothing without substance. im currently working at a welder and would like tips and guidance on how to manage my money do i can become an amazing investor.

There are a million american scam artist companies presenting seminars over, if you pull back the curtain they have no substance.

Very tough to screen for a non-drug/substance abuser who starts work at 8am.  

Fast forward a year and a half later, and now I seem to have hit a "quarter life crisis" where I'm having difficulty accepting office jobs that appear to have no life and no substance to them.
