Hey Violet, to obtain additional corporate credit, are you working with a specific company or are you reaching out the typical credit card vendors? 

It is highly specific, my recommendation is to contact the city directly with qualifying questions or have us do it for you :) In general Astoria is also a No-Go with the exception of commercially zoned properties.

I didn't pursue trying to obtain funding to close on the property. 

We have lots of wholesalers so I'd recommend getting on their lists to add to the number of investment opportunities that are coming across your plate.
