It's kind of like opening a restaurant - no particular skill needed, so why shouldn't *anyone* be able to be successful at it.Beyond that, I do feel social pressure on BP to be supportive, even in the face of being realistic.

This would be like a 2nd tour of the area, after your ride with the seller.I'd also eat in various parts of town because these everyday places (restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores) are also where your tenants will be eating/shopping, so you get a good feel for the convenience of the area.

Ill lay out the details, and Im open to everyones thoughts.This house(s) is under contract, in the 19348 zip of pennsylvania. 1900's large twin, 2 blocks from the heart of the city- Restaurants/ bars/ etc.

And finally, in living in the this same community, i have recently learned that an empty lot across the street from the condo is becoming a 5-star hotel equipped with multiple restaurants.  

A small group of us will have lunch at a Korean restaurant in East San Jose before we head there.

Typically the businesses that pay the most for the corner are a pharmacy ( CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid ), gas stations ( Race Trac, Quick Trip ) , banks ( nationals pay a premium for a great location ), restaurants  sometimes will want the corner but often they do not want to pay corner money and want to be down just a few spots and then get off traffic with easements from the corner property and a center behind them etc.

In addition to the 75 suites, the hotel also has a restaurant, ballroom, private party room, a large extended stay suite, and an outdoor swimming pool.

You have to be in the scene, eat at the restaurants, chill at the coffee houses get to know the art scene and underground movements to really know what's going on and where it's all going.
