I read chapter 5 Analyzing a rental property and recently started web surfing on Zillow and Trulia.

Rent would be 800 so remaining would go into the bank for repairs ..Im thinking I need to have enough in bank for big tickets repairs such as AC unit replacement....5000 at the least to replace unit if it went out.

I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?
