Hi Susan and Kevin,I'm on this forum for exactly the same reason and about to start our company the coming weeks.Regarding Tax Liens, as I'm from Europe I followed the Cashflow Business Academy from Arpad and Adam:http://cashflow-business-academy.com/Their book also exists in English besides German and was very helpful. In the US I ordered Donna Bauer's Master Guide and had a brief contact with her, she is super friendly and seems very helpful to explain everything related to Notes.
