I love how Mint was "semi-automatic", and did a decent job on its own although you needed to come in and tweak categories.All this to say, are there any other Mom & Pop investors out there with more complex personal finance that have found useful software solutions?

I have been interested in buying a laundromat but have been hesitant thus far because the only ones I have found have been on leases and I’m worried about investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into something that can be terminated or significantly altered with the end of the lease.

After some digging, I found a helpful and very recent article that appears to agree with this (see link).https://www.keepertax.com/post...At this point, I am feeling a little better because it seems I may actually be just fine (i.e. no need to issue 1099s)!
