Hi, I'm in the process of starting a vacation rental management company (already have clients ready to signup) and would love feedback from other property managers on best management software to use.  

There are so many software options and most seem pretty automated.

Hi Quinton, I'm currently building a software app to help easy manual and transparency issues with RUBs and offering smart device integration for submetered properties.

The software my accountant is using is writing off these losses against my W-2 income which is telling me I am entitled to a refund. 

This is one person to call, one invoice to pay and one reciept to record in my accounting software. 

As you all know, the landscape within software used for property management is robust.

Unfortunately, VRBO doesn't have the AI intelligence that Airbnb has, so it's hard to get the different softwares to run as well as they do with Airbnb. 

Unless you see someone's bank account statement and accounting software, I would consider it no more than gossip.

Our software automatically sends out email reminders the day before rent is due.
