@Kevin Sobilo Well, you can here in Colorado by shifting to transaction broker, but it is not ever recommended from a liability and ethics standpoint. 

I have just moved into a new city (New Orleans) and want to get into the STR space through co-hosting and really become an expert in the process, what's the best way to gain exposure, connect, contact and gain clients in a new area.

Next they  informed me the soft costs associated with the a design work would not be released until CO…ok I can live with that and when I finally thought I was going to be funded I get an email that the property taxes were delinquent.
