I respectfully disagree with the notion that you should never negotiate with a tenant. 

I also had the notion that good cashflow back into the property is great, but not on an SDIRA because of the UBIT problem.

I love the notion of making money off the interest rate spread using lender $.

Or the notion that in a normal market buyers will choose move in ready properties over project houses? 

I truly believe in the notion of. .."

Interesting that there is the notion that getting licensed will somehow help becoming a better investor.

To echo what @Bill Gulley was saying in one of his first posts on this subject, most people have preconceived notions about those on Section 8.

@Vincent Crane: Vincent, I think the notion of a cycle having a specific time frame is trivial. 7 years is most likely an average, or just something people say because it seems to work around timelines as such.

@Tim Priebe Tim I disagree with the notion that insurance companies are not named as defendants in lawsuits against the insured. 

That being said, there is also the underlying notion that I won't be taken advantage of. :)  I always try to find the win-win situation in everything, so we can all build up each of our lives higher.
