I don't know him, but I got on his web site and had some really interesting blogs on setting up "Series LLC's".He has a lot of blogs on his website about them. 

Is there a web host or certain online service provider you would recommend for getting motivated sellers to enter their info so I can follow up with them as well as put them on email campaign?

I read chapter 5 Analyzing a rental property and recently started web surfing on Zillow and Trulia.

I've been searching the web and asking around.. nothing. 

I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?
