I figure if he had no energy to shave, he certainly don't have the energy to mow.The property is located in an "A" area, almost 100% homeowners, all with beautifully manicured lawns, so even when my tenants cut the grass, it's not even or edged, and there's no spring and winter cleanup, it still stands out looking unkempt.

One would be to lower purchase price to cover those expenses and get work done after settlement before winter sets in and causes even bigger headaches when things start to fail.

Only downside is that perpetual $2 toll on the BOG got it fighting gorge weather in winter can be a challenge so I suspect you get to work from home a bunch ..and I think that if I am not mistaken is about the wettest place in Oregon / WA :)

We might be able to use it for hunting and winter sports depending on the area we buy in.- If we buy a couple thousand acres of ranch land, but want to turn it into a wind or solar farm, how quickly does the land need to become active with the actual farming of natural resources?
