I'm not a bankruptcy attorney so go talk to one so at least you can make an informed decision.Every WEALTHY person I know is frugal. 

The path to wealth is through owning properties, not earning a commission on sales (what an agent does).

It's like they think we are all wealthy, greedy and don't care about others which of course is completely false.
