Tax benefits' aside - it is the most expensive way to operate a vehicle.  

Hello Bigger Pockets Community, i am now starting to become active on the website, i have been listening to the podcast and now looking to learn and Contributing to this Exciting Vehicle of Real Estate

Brookside is in KC, MO so the trash and recycling fees are tired in with the water bill.   

I am a motivated individual that is tired of being disappointed at the lack of money I make at my 8-5 healthcare job.

For example, if they are just selling because they are tired of being a landlord.

But quite frankly, I am sick and tired of the snake oil salesman and garbage this industry attracts.For starters, wholesaling a property can work to the benefit of all parties involved.  

My raise and any commissions will all be going into whatever savings vehicle I choose.

I'm sure there are many ways to structure this kind of arrangement but it's just another suggestion that shouldn't cost you much and will get your message in front of more people than just using your own vehicle.  

Is real estate investing a vehicle to follow another dream or passion in life?

Also, knock down potential  - old tired rentals in the rapidly changing neighborhoods around down town areas.
