I was unemployed for a while and began driving and transporting cars for dealerships across the eastern United States.

Glad this thread is getting some action - I have also been eyeing Bergen Lafeyette, but was wondering about vacancy in the area, what with new construction & proximity to transportation pulling desirable tenants Downtown. 

I'm a transportation planner by trade and a rock climber and  musician by passion.

On top of that hike, there will be cuts to schools, parks, public transportation, police, etc. 

This is a very important factor to me because the neighborhood is close to public transportation.

After that, for about 5 years, I wanted to  open a trucking transportation company, but when i turned 17, i found out that I just wanted to do trucking because of money, and reading some forums on here (before being a member) stated that the odds of you being successful are very low if you dont enjoy what you do.

@Steve BabiakBelieve one of the manufacturer recommendations is to store in an approved container outside and re-fill the units outside and to also use a carbon monoxide detector:"NEVER fill heater fuel tank in living space; fill tank outdoors""NEVER store or transport kerosene in other than a metal or plastic container that is (1)acceptable for kerosene, (2) non-red in color, and (3) clearly marked “Kerosene”.

A landlord can be subject to these risks. ( this would be a long and technical topic, unless you are up-to-speed on all these new systems, unregulated, beware)

Dont know easiest way to roll,move or transport them tho. 

The first question is what mode of transportation do you plan to use to get there?
