It generally is by area plus of course your location.

This is my first property so of course it's harder to keep my head in the game with %100 vacancy.

Has anyone worked with anyone good in that area that they would recommend.Ideally I would be looking for someone who is of course familiar with STRs, but is also okay working with a first-time investor.

As far as price point, this will depend on the market of course, but I am looking around $200k-$450k right now.

Let them  mature and re-evaluate what's the best course of capital. 

I am not trying to be negative or a Karen, but being real so you can analyze all your options on what course of action you should take for your business and what risk level you are comfortable with.

They seem to cover all sorts of topics, beyond investing, and certainly talk about real estate investing within the forums/courses, etc.  

Of course I want to minimize as much of the inconveniences possible with such a situation but some is inevitable. 

Now of course their underwriting is stricter so there may not be as many as before and we probably won't be seeing these re-defaulted ones for a few years.
