I would not be bond by ANY law...I would be VOLUNTEERING my time and talents for these families...now, unlike my PAYING clientele....I wouldn't think to ask these nonpaying families to be ever mindful of my nieghbors and the speed limits and their (and their childrens) noise level....what would be my insentive to do so??
