It currently has around 1,500 subscribers and is relatively active.Also, the subreddit is heavily monitored against spam.

Most of them want me to fill out a form to get more info, but I know if I fill out forms with a dozen of these, I'll get buried in spam for months -- a lesson I learned long ago after searching for mortgage rates.So far, the only site I've seen that provides any concrete, practical information is Equity Trust.

Just trying to figure out which to tackle first.I have conveyed to my wife that I would like to do investment property first to begin our cash flow, help her with her credit so we can get the move in ready house that she deserves and not one that we have to settle for.

So hopefully I will find someone that has the money, time, and experience to tackle this and may built a relationship to do future partnerships.Wish me well.
