I love that they are still looking for solutions instead of subscribing to the "that's just money lost" mentality I have heard from other PM companies.  

Does anyone have any suggestions for banking and/or accounting solutions specific for STR management companies?

If so, you would need private/hard money so you can do renovations, and then AFTER you would do more of a permanent solution like a DSCR. 

We're still constrained by energy, until there's a (reliable) solution for that we won't see this world change in front of our eyes like some think.

In the future, supposedly AI will revolutionize the industry and streamline the mortgage process for borrowers, but there is no substitute for reputable creative financing solutions and human reassurance when the closing date is tomorrow.

If you think not having the headache of vetting a new market and finding new property management makes more sense than the possibility of appreciation in a different market then you have your answer and the simple solution works best for you.
