Moving forward, I suggest you prioritize attention to detail. 

I’d suggest you call a PM or two and ask them 1) How much rent they would charge. 2) What fees they would charge you. 3) How long they think it would take to find a tenant at that rate.

If you have little to no money, then I would not suggest doing a program like this.

I took your suggestion and spent the night checking through the cities Master Plan.

The trust preparer suggested we put our rental properties into the trust as they are currently owned personally. 

My suggestion is showing the landlord your text messages confirming that your conversation was about just the two rooms.

I’m not able to personally qualify for cash out refinances.I'm looking to sell my home located in Southwest Florida in a HOA community but want to remain in the home to lease- 3 years or more.Does anyone have experience with this type of program or have any suggestions for me on where to look to get this done.

My suggestion is that if you are going to make this a long term endeavor you definitely mention that.
