I placed 8 white and blue signs and 1 yellow sign with sticker writing.I guess my question would be; Is there a BIG difference on the amount of calls you will receive depending on the color bandit sign you use?

Hi @David Kimball, first things first, you are going to get sticker shock from the rates.

However I think that any are that is near those projects is going to be getting a sticker premium.

If it is, I believe it should have an RP sticker and title to it should home run with the land. 

I am putting GFCI outlets at the head of each circuit and I updated the panel with new guts.You can use 3 prong outlets on a 2 wire system with GFCI's if you use the little stickers that come with the GFCI outlets.

Absolutely, send them a resident contact sheet that has what you need to get on it for them to fill out and return, and keep after them until you get it back.. names, phone numbers, car license, emergency contact person. email, We did this either yearly or with every lease renewal it was a priority.. we had larger property and required parking stickers.. so if they changed cars they had to come in and get new sticker.. 

Be advised, most people experience sticker shock when they come from TX to LA.  

I feel like if I order their names and addresses on stickers the response rate will go down but as I increase my mailing campaign I feel like that is a lot of time.
