The information available is amazing, but also very overwhelming and I am not sure where to start.I'm currently in some credit card and student loan debt and looking for advice on whether it's smarter to get more in debt to be able to start with flipping/house hacking sooner, or to continue to read for the year and a half to two years or more it will take me to get rid of my debt and save enough for a down payment.  

I'm interested in investing both in Australia and the United States, but am a bit overwhelmed with getting started in US investing.

The property is in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas were majorly flooded a few weeks ago, so contractors are overwhelmed right now with flood repairs (this property did not flood).

Andrew - thanks for the advice on putting together a buyers list - I just started this "whole thing" six weeks ago and have been so busy marketing and trying to get deals that I didn't network at the meetings like I should have - I was just chunking it down into baby steps to keep from getting overwhelmed lol

I would suggest the podcast webinars and the education tab at the top, its truly so much info its almost over whelming. but if you have any questions about anything investing please just ask people here are more then willing to help you out.AJ

An executive of a business authorized to sign such documents is often an employee, not necessarily an owner.If bankers won't let you sign like that, take your better attorney along and have him/her explain it to them.I have one who even trains IRS agents on the proper interpretation of the tax code (he, his partners and staff consistently win audits).
