I don’t have nearly as much businsss as you do but we f doo our best to try to set them up with strong motivated buyers (sometimes we’re doing a sell and buy situation), and we also offer rental listings from our PM side if they’re going through a dry spell and need to earn but fortunately that rarely happens.

It may be different depending on location.You could do a master lease and get paid from the difference in what you rent the property and what you sublease for.Your master lease would have to spell this out.

One type very fast and don't worrry to much about spelling and punctuation as long as i get the point across and then to help the beginner RE investor AGENT , mortgage professional  that is starting out  fields I have experience at and add valuable content. ( value being in my own mind LOL)  On the flip side I suspect BP has spent considerable sum on these new website developers doing what ever it is they do to configure this site.
