My Favorites still remain Mercedes and Kia Soul.

Seems they don't regulate much there and have a hard time justifying moral issues, but I'm still waiting to hear about my windfall and my soul mate.

This is where you do a little soul-searching and decide how much time you want to spend on your rentals.  

I know each state in the US has their own building codes but the last log cabin kind of place I stayed was a huge health hazard with seriously uneven floors, antlers sticking out in the most unlikely spots doing their best to gouge an eye, and a dozen other kinds of tripping opportunities. 2) Put your heart and soul into the cabin, make it an expression of who you are and you will attract like-minded people who will love it. 

Between now and December, I'm planning on stowing away as close to $1,000 of my monthly income into savings until the student loan payments become a factor, then I will readjust my status accordingly (hopefully not too much will change, as my father has agreed to help me pay the loans down quicker come February, bless his soul!)

We are all hardy souls, but hopefully not foolhardy. 

I think cold calling is soul sucking.
