The following are my thoughts on the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and any thoughts of upcoming bailouts.

Hello Fellow Real Estate Professionals,I am a real estate broker in Southern Silicon Valley and I have been hearing some crazy stories from a few agents and buyers about searching for homes to buy in San Francisco.

I live in the prime location for this market, silicon valley, and have been doing some networking with employees of companies such as Google, Facebook, Linked-In, Apple etc and will work to offer my services to these company's employees for the rentals.

Buying Silicon Valley Bank and Credit Suisses is the best at this time due to massive discount haha LOL

Also other than silicon valley ( where I grew up) Michigan has the highest influx of stem graduates at over 15% and Berkshire Hathaway has opened up real estate offices at an alarming rate and we all know who runs that.

It doesn't matter because with the Internet, I can travel the globe with my computer mouse (before the Internet, I would have used amateur radio).The cost of living is cheaper here (housing is one third the cost of Silicon Valley) and there was a noticeable lack of traffic when I first arrived, although I'm starting to get spoiled about the traffic.

Austin Texas is hot right now, I have some friends who move from silicon valley to Austin and the state is experiencing massive price surge.

We heard of the shutdown of the Silicon Valley Bank.
