We used ALE relocation services and they were great, you can register on their site when you have a vacancy and they will let you know if they need you but it is somewhat based on luck if they need you.  

A good broker should also submit to the investor a copy of the presentation they submit to a lender for an application.Concerning transparency, a good broker is transparent in what they charge the investor for their services.

I would love tips on how to use this service effectively to identify the best properties that meet my criteria.
