Must be able to operate in the state of Arizona.Please and thank you.I would check your Federal Credit Unions in the area for this as they do not follow agency (GSE's) guidelines and will probably have less Loan Level Pricing Adjustments - and you may just be able to shave off some of that costs, and probably improved rates.

I guess I'll have to work with an agent to find them.My total monthly expenses is $1750 so nothing else I can realistically shave off, but I'll definitely keep saving towards the down payment.Although the relationship is inverse, would trying to buy home prices towards the bottom of a dip be more beneficial in keeping options open for refinancing, Home equity loans, etc?

I had this problem with a poorly built house... it had vinyl siding and they had gotten the drip caps wrong around the tops of the windows and doors and also forgotten the spray foam.

Look we were all teenagers at some point in our life and experimented a little bit....but if you didn't grow out of it, it might be detrimental....I live in a NO POT state.....so what happens if I walk in and my tenant(s) have marijuana in the open and it smells like it?
