So many ways you can make this stuff work for you.BUT... by making these systems scalable, I will either sell the software to a much bigger firm OR I will scale my own Property Portfolio when I'm ready for that.I look at my current portfolio as a stepping stone to a much LARGER business to come.If I exit Owning Real Estate completely, I can just building Real Estate Software or own a very large Real Estate Management company.There are so many routes to building businesses that I feel I can take any of those routes if one of them suddenly has a road block!
