The Title Holding Trust or Land Trust will keep your name of the public record, but it can also complicate the property ownership and management. 

They already have a track record (good or bad) with you, so you can decide based on payment history, inspections, etc.

But SEO is a never ending process and this individual wants to charge over $20K for a one time program he recorded.  

Properly collecting these fees is a key part of financial success in real estate investment.And hey, why stop there?
