I assumed some would need replaced, which would be okay, but I would hate to see it all trashed.I guess in that vein though, I hear that a lot about LTRs -- the horror stories -- and we have been blessed with amazing tenants (generally) so I was thinking it would be along the same line where it would be something where you would want to charge high-end and screen intensely to try to get a tenant that just is transitioning and can benefit from the furnishings.I know that could still happen though, even with all the precautions you can take, so it's something good to consider! 

The bottom line is that past performance is no indication of future returns.

You choose the area, the product, the tenant and directed the rehab.

If the AI/software could break down the offer in laymen's terms for the seller, much like a listing agent does, then the product could potentially be very beneficial.

(b) Once you know what you can buy, you would line-up a real estate agent that works with investors in the market you are buying.

Go through each major line item and come to an agreement on what really needs to be done.

If this is about a fence a foot over the property line, I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze..

Atlanta MSA is great and growing, but Multi-Family supply coming on line there both now and through next year is significant, wouldn't this be a better/cheaper deal 1 year from now?

Any facilities coming online, bringing production back from China as an example?
