@Kelly DeWinterI thought we had it bad in NY, until I read some of the posts from you folks doing business in NJ.So, lemme get this straight - if I put up a camera on MY property in plain view, indoors, in a common area, and post a sign that says "area under audio/video camera surveillance" or something similar, and I record one word of audio (or a pair of hearing impaired folks signing in my lobby), I can be arrested?

The language I used was plain and spoke more to the arrangement.

The most popular ones are "broken truck" and "injury" and "sick mom" and "kids" and "wife" and "broken tool".

It's fairly easy to run my real estate business here and it's fairly easy to travel to warmer spots when I get sick of the cold.
