I've watched every one of his interviews and he lets most everyone think he's an anesthesiologist (MD/DO physician).

Some are very specific to certain areas like the Tricounty in Florida, or even property or borrower type; AAA Jumbo/Superjumbo, or 5-8 units, High LTV DSCR, Physician's Loans, it just takes diligence and some good relationships.

As background, I'm a physician interested in multifamily and NNN commercial REI, and have tried to do my due diligence with self-education (read some books, worked on excel models, etc.). 

Would they be able to say they have a prescriptive easement even if I can’t find anything and didn’t know about it and then be able to move the easement to someplace else on my property?

That said it is more complicated: if they have a medical prescription you can not evict them.
