My dilemma is getting my wife to be on board and understand my vision.  

Check to see if they recruited the tenants and how they were onboarded.

I'd also like to eventually be tracking projects completed, how we did it. and as we grow i want to be able to add information for funds as we start them or how investors can get on board with syndication deals. 

I'm very much on board with this idea!

I should add that I am fully on board with my fiduciary responsibility to my clients.

My city also has 2 Transit Oriented Development sites (where the passenger train will stop), which is where the majority of the 3 and 4 story apartments are being built (within say3/4 -1 mile away.)  

If you come on board, you can be the number on the internet within 12 months, from an advertising standpoint. 

I would first make sure my wife is on board with what needs to be done to maximize your financing.

I am a huge DIYer and so far - Laid the vinyl flooring 1500sqft- Installed Recess lights (40 lights)- Built a retaining wall (35ft)- Built a pergola from ground up- Interior paint (appro 2500 sqft)- Built a wooden board-on-board fence (75ft)also, a software engineer (nerd 😊) I am 38yrs old and have some milage to do DIY to buy a partially run-down property and upgrade it.Looking forward to learning new things from the members and seek advice.
