This home is a single family 2 story home with attached garage.

The four homes in the picture attached are all-electric homes.My other communities are hybrid.Here are a few realizations that I have found.1.

So, I found a multiunit house and a single-family house both attached to each other, both owned by a church that put them up for sale. all units are already rented but lower than the market value.

It should look like the attached picYour Realtor should know this.I don't advise getting creative and try to buy a single family as a duplex unless its a steal. the value of a duplex and single are different.
