In my opinion this is a huge hit to private property rights.

Picking the right deal will critical in both scenarios in my opinion.

The report literally says it's an opinion of value and people pay OVER (and under) appraisal price all of the time.

My opinion on this would be to add it if you want it for yourself while you still live there, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Even better, I've also closed deals from referrals that originated from those BP leads.In my opinion, there are a few key things you need to make this program work effectively:Be Active on BP: The leads do their research, and they'll check out your posts and interactions on the platform.

In the short term, they need immediate help such at food, water, and lodging.Your entitle to your opinion, but I believe most people are compassionate to those impacted by Mother Nature related events whether in is hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, tornados, fires, etc.

In my opinion, the Flock success has nothing to do with their performance but with the general overall US real estate economy.

In my opinion this area is priced low and after improvements values will go up.
