And that’s the moral of my story: RESULTS WILL BE VERY MARKET SPECIFIC. 

For me it comes down to morals and intent.

I mean that's the slimy side of wholesaling and most that think its the easy way to make money have no clue how hard it really is.. etc etc.. there is no moral or ethical stance when your breaking the law. 

that is a moral and ethical question only you can answer.
