I am thinking 5+ units, but I would be open to a smaller property if the numbers made sense. 

Basically a lot of circumstantial evidence (no video of her actually taking the packages).This evening an old car with an old man drives up my driveway.

They started charging a 2.5% surcharge last month, so now we pay by check...man, I was bummed! 

And they are not beholding to owner occ disclosures they can do whatever they want .. you either accept or dont close.He's taking a commercial rental loan made to his LLC.

If no one tells them about balance sheet, then real estate investors aren't going to focus on them.My clients are always looking at the balance sheets after I taught them the importance of it.There are a lot of times not just real estate investors, just regular business owners, they look at the P&L and say great, I made $100K this year, but my bank is showing $10K, where is the rest of the money.
