David, your BRRRR book was my first intro into BiggerPockets and I listen to it once a year.

I'm not going to listen to another investor, or not very likely I will, on how I move.

(and do not listen the average agent on financing options!) 

After listening to some of the Bigger Pockets podcast episodes I have learned that multi families are better with cash flowing but can they also obtain lots of equity over time in the right market ?
