Obviously I would charge more for this (research shows 25% - 35% over LTR rate), and I wouldn't be furnishing the house.

Find a buyer for your seller, and charge the buyer.

Luckily, my cleaner will do that for an additional charge, but a lot of cleaners won't.  

I really see the farm going the more agritourism route than just growing veggies.So, I think the next step is to have the land surveyed so I can create a legal description and sign a legitimate sales agreement .

If it stays beyond what's paid for either move it to a storage area on your land and keep track of storage fees or see if you can have someone tow it offsite for you and in that case they will have to pay whatever fee the tow yard charges. 

I'm also sure a million things get reported out of spite every day and mods are left looking at a legitimate post for no reason.The bigger any forum or group gets, the more spammers.

Look at what else is for rent there on FF, and what they're charging.

Anyone with a little extra money on their hands with the intent of buying real estate may be considered a legitimate lead.
