Limited lodging shall only be permitted when arranged through a booking agent as defined in § 19-2401.Limited Lodging, Short Term.The accommodation of visitors conducted in a dwelling unit, the primary use of which is for household living, and where the total accommodations of visitors provided is for fewer than ninety-one (91) days per year but where the provision of lodging to any particular visitor is for no more than thirty (30) consecutive days.

If your requested rent does not include utilities, the HA will guesstimate the utility expense based on many things such as the age, size, number of exposed walls, heat source, appliances, household size,       etc.

The NAR’s Housing Affordability Index compares household income, home prices, and mortgage costs.

As of the date of this Agreement,Landlord warrants that the dwelling’s sewage drains are in good working orderand that they will accept the normal household waste for which they weredesigned.

Ethylene glycol can also be found in common household products like snow globes, so be sure to keep these things out the reach of animals. 

If you are talking flip or wholesaling then that is a lot closer to realistic.Think about it, if the median HOUSEHOLD income is $50k before taxes, why would $120k be a bad starting point for one wage earner?

I did do a census research online to see what the household income was and it was between 28k-35k as well as a google street view so I had a feeling that the neighborhoods would be a little rough.
