Well, yes, that house was minutes from the Trolley line, but that had no more to do with that house then the price of tea in China.

To add to that, if there is a function within your business that isn't your cup of tea, you could train someone else how you sniff test tenants and get them to do it the whole process instead (they might teach you something you didn't know).
