Karl,Most agents, over time, tend to specialize to one degree or another so just asking for an agent could get you someone who only does larger (>100K sq ft) industrial leasing (unlikely on BP but you get the point).There are any number of Cleveland area agents who hang around BP but each has their niche.

I am starting to see a ceiling in the C class value add already, but don't think the market is done....when it is if you can hang in there....you will find some great bargains.

Fraudsters usually look to do the deal and get outta dodge, not hang around for ten years.Then, why would that skimmer leave the deeds unrecorded long enough that the owner transferred the property to a trust?
