auctions in WA are cash on the barrel head at the time of the auction. you need cashiers checks to buy then you can sell . takes 5 to 14 days to get your deed.

But after I heard the first idea my wheel turned and now I can’t get that idea of renting out by room out of my head to increase cash flow with hopes of investing more and getting out of fishing!!

So you log that number in your head - that at $145,000 you have $69 cash flow when rates are at 7%.But if rates were at 5%, your payment drops to $623 for the P&I instead of the $772.

Reading success stories just further confirms I am headed in the right direction (or right direction for me).

This bill that would hugely increase property taxes for STRs (after they just took a massive jump for all residential properties) just passed committee and is headed for the legislature. 

This is usually what gets me excited again and ready to tackle the issues head first and get back on track.

I will not hire someone who can't wrap their head around that fact.
