Offering "foreclosure help" or foreclosure rescue puts you under a microscope as offering counseling type services, and opens you up to fraud accusations.

In this episode, two girls were featured who had asthma, and were living in some pretty terrible conditions, eg., mold.

I'd have sessions with the girls and taught them how to breathe through their nose while keeping a slight vacuum pressure in their mouth exchanging carbon dioxide, sometimes called making out or necking.

Since the houses are small, the garages are full. 2 doors down, the neighbor moved to a nursing home this year and his family has rented the house to a girls basketball team....6 players with six cars.

Several years ago, I ran a travelling AAU Girls Basketball team and the only parents I had trouble collecting from was a prominent dentist in town.

College girls tend to treat properties nicer than guys, but I agree I would need to factor in some sort of "rainy day" expense.I doubt I could get more than $3,000/mo.

I might not be able to make it all the time since I have two girls under the age of 3 but I will defiantly try.
