., yes septic (which also worries me with the rain...just got serviced in May and supposedly in good shape...passed FHA inspection...but who knows...it'll be an adventure...just have to keep a lot in reserves I guess) and propane.  

That means, I would be gambling on the NOVA/WDC appreciating, but never a gartunee.  

That would have been my gamble had I had the money and pulled the trigger.

For my next adventure I went into mill work at a semi-local lumber mill and from there transitioned into graphics installation (mostly wrap installation & removal on vehicles) for the last 9 years.

I came to Abu Dhabi for a bit of adventure and for an excellent career opportunity, but my real passion is in real estate and i'm ready to get serious about picking up some investments.  

In a nutshell, that's the goal, we'll see where this adventure ultimately takes me.
