Properties are like bankruptcies in that you have to keep watching them.Many investors forget about them.Sometimes you will see a home buyer bid only to fall out of contract later OR you will see an investor overpay and then lose it to foreclosure halfway through the rehab.The builder homes 50 to 75% finished can be great deals as well.The builders simply stop building the houses and putting money in when they see the finished product will cost more than they can sell for going up against bank foreclosures.On the multiple bids I never say that unless I do have interested parties.

Not sure a RE agent would be up for going that extra mile as it takes time to upload, put descriptions, etc., for a ton of pictures.

Most likely she will reconsider the listing as this is $$ out of her pocket.It is common practice for Realtors to give you this song and dance full well knowing that they don't have a buyer and won't sell it themselves.She is walking a fine line saying she will show it more often if it were her listing.
