Not much you can donor say at this point so I would just let it go.Normally I would screen with the few questions you can legally ask.

Rental rates are pretty flat in the Orlando area, and vacancy has expanded and you'll see rates in the 7-10% range, but it just depends on what source you get it from. 

Rates for SFR's can now go as low a 5% flat and 2-4's are still down to 6%.

They are refusing to provide a hourly rate and number of hours it took for the apartment cleaning because it is contracted at a flat fee.

You will definitely have more wear and tear.Do these applicants pass your screening criteria?

Review their applications and the screening process used to approve them as well. 

Make sure you screen well and hopefully they won't be.

(they do charge a flat $2 for ACH, but tenants will pay that).
