Just my fiance watching netflix and myself running my stock market programs at the same time are hitting about 60 mbps and I try not to connect my other devices to the Wi-Fi. She

So, that's our story in a nut shell.

I guess it’s a culture thing  when I worked for a big syndicator in the 80s.. they kept having fires .. turned out some of the folks that came in after the war were using the sink in the bathroom to put coals in it and cook their BBQ right there.. it was a mess and this probably pre smoke alarm days..I think my Napalese family keeps live fish in the bath tub but I cant  say for sure  .

People thought I was nuts but it is SO PROFITABLE I can't believe it.

His podcasts are a little nuts, but I do learn from them. 

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.Also, a few of my interests are mountain biking/hiking, fishing, and skydiving.

Many cannot handle it or quit too soon.With my commercial real estate one day I can get a new client with 10 million to invest and the other a flake with 500k who doesn't know what they want and is driving you nuts.

My comment was more along the lines of how could this property turn into such a lemon if I followed the same basic tenets everyone else does (especially since I've been loving this property up until I started fishing on the refi)?
